- Business information: professional credentials, service descriptions, pricing, availability
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers
- Booking data: appointment details, messages, reviews
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device info, IP address
- Communications: website assistant chats, plus SMS, WhatsApp, and Instagram messages if Swively enables those AI-assisted channels in the future
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Process bookings and payments
- Send appointment reminders and notifications
- Power the website assistant and, if enabled in the future, an AI booking assistant
- Communicate with you about your account
- Analyze usage to improve our product
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only in these circumstances:
- With other users: your name and profile are visible to booking parties
- With service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Twilio (SMS), Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram), OpenAI (AI), OneSignal (push), PostHog (analytics)
- For legal compliance: when required by law or court order
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger or acquisition
We do not sell your personal data.
4. AI Assistants & Messaging
Messages sent to the Swively website assistant may be processed by an AI provider to answer questions and recommend pages. If Swively enables an AI booking assistant for a Professional in the future, messages sent to their SMS, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM may also be processed by OpenAI to generate responses. Conversation history may be stored in your browser or on our systems to provide continuity.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Data portability

Swively is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
