What does a space booking cost?
The host's price plus a 10% platform fee. You see the total before you pay. No subscriptions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the booking starts. Less than 48 hours and at least 24 hours before the start, the refund is 50%. Less than 24 hours before the start, there is no refund. The same policy applies to every booking. Hosts and professionals do not set their own. Swively is not responsible for refunds outside this policy.
When are hosts paid?
Through Stripe, one full day after the rental day ends, once Stripe is connected. Missed payouts go out weekly.
